What is CogniMary?
CogniMary Premium Formula is a dietary supplement in a gelatin capsule, sold as 2 capsules a day with 60 capsules a bottle. The front label claims advanced cognitive support for memory, focus and clarity.
What form does it come in?
A two-piece gelatin capsule. There is no powder, gummy, liquid or chewable version.

What are the main ingredients?

How long before I notice anything?

Is there a clinical study on CogniMary?

What are the side effects?
The most likely is a loose stool or mild stomach upset in the first week, from the magnesium oxide. Taking both capsules with food usually settles it.
Can I take it with blood thinners?
Not without your prescriber's sign-off. NIH states ginkgo may increase bleeding risk in people taking anticoagulants such as warfarin.
Is it safe for my liver?
For most people, yes. Green tea extract has been linked to rare liver injury, most often with capsule extracts, and people with one HLA-B gene variant appear more susceptible.
Can I take it if I am diabetic?
Ask your prescriber first. Berberine, chromium, cinnamon and alpha lipoic acid can all affect blood glucose.
Can I take it while pregnant or nursing?
No. The label says do not use if you are pregnant or nursing.
Is there an age limit?

Can I take it with a multivitamin?
