By the CogniMary Editorial Team · Medically reviewed by Dr. Harald Hampel, MD, PhD · Review date · Published · Last updated
CogniMary pills are two-piece gelatin capsules. There is no powder, gummy, liquid or chewable version. A bottle holds 60, the label serving is 2 a day, and one bottle lasts 30 days. Each serving of 2 pills holds folate, vitamin B12, magnesium and chromium, plus a 635 mg blend of eleven ingredients. This page explains how many to take, how long each pack lasts, what they cost per day and how to check them.
CogniMary pills come as gelatin capsules, 60 to a bottle. Take 2 a day, together, with food. Two pills give folate 600 mcg DFE, B12 240 mcg, magnesium 250 mg, chromium 120 mcg and a 635 mg blend. The pills contain no caffeine. They are not vegetarian, because the shell is gelatin.

What are CogniMary pills?
CogniMary Premium Formula is a dietary supplement sold as a capsule. People often call them CogniMary pills, but they are not pressed tablets. Each one is a two-piece gelatin capsule filled with powder.
There is only one format. No powder, gummy, liquid or chewable version is sold. If you see Cogni Mary gummies or drops online, they are not the product described on this site. The front label claims advanced cognitive support for memory, focus and clarity. The full formula is on the Supplement Facts page.
How many CogniMary pills do you take a day?
Two. The label says: take 2 capsules daily (or as needed) or as directed by your health care provider. Two pills are one serving, and the panel numbers are for both together. Taking one pill halves every amount.
| Pack | Pills | Supply |
|---|---|---|
| 1 bottle | 60 | 30 days |
| 3 bottles | 180 | 90 days |
| 6 bottles | 360 | 180 days |
Do not take four to speed things up. Two pills are one serving, and doubling also doubles your folic acid, which has a 1,000 mcg upper limit. Take both with food and a full glass of water. Our post on when to take CogniMary covers timing.
What is inside two CogniMary pills?
The panel lists four nutrients with set amounts for a serving of 2 pills:
- Folate 600 mcg DFE, as 320 mcg folic acid (150% DV).
- Vitamin B12 240 mcg, as cyanocobalamin (10,000% DV).
- Magnesium 250 mg, as magnesium oxide (60% DV).
- Chromium 120 mcg, as chromium picolinate (343% DV).
Then comes the WMG-NVT Exclusive Blend at 635 mg, with eleven ingredients led by cinnamon, ginkgo biloba, bilberry and bacopa monnieri. The split of the 635 mg is not published. All of these amounts are for 2 pills, so one pill gives half. Our post on the CogniMary ingredients lists and explains every one.
Are CogniMary pills vegetarian or caffeine-free?
They are caffeine-free. There is no caffeine on the label. The green tea extract is standardised for EGCG, a catechin, not for caffeine.
They are not vegetarian. The capsule shell is BSE-free gelatin, which is animal-derived. This also matters for some religious diets. It is a suitability point, not a safety one.
The pills are for adults 18 and over. The label says not to use them if you are pregnant or nursing, and to keep them out of reach of children. The most likely side effect is a loose stool in the first week, from the magnesium oxide. Taking the pills with food usually settles it. If you take a blood thinner or a diabetes medicine, ask your prescriber first.
How much do CogniMary pills cost per day?
The site lists three packs. Dividing each total by the days it lasts gives the cost per day, the fairest way to compare.
| Pack | Total | Per bottle | Per day | Shipping |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 bottle | $69 | $69 | $2.30 | Charged at checkout |
| 3 bottles | $177 | $59 | $1.97 | Free US shipping |
| 6 bottles | $294 | $49 | $1.63 | Free US shipping |
There is no subscription and no auto-ship. Every pack has the same 60-day money-back guarantee, counted from the order date. The site suggests 3 bottles for a first order, because 90 days fits the guarantee window better than 180 days. See the pricing page for details.
How to check that your CogniMary pills are real
Run four quick checks when the bottle arrives:
- The safety seal. The label says do not use if it is broken. Call the order desk if it is.
- The lot number on the base. The lot on current stock is COG-26/CO-7439.
- The count and serving. 60 capsules, 2 capsules a serving, 30 servings.
- The panel. It should show the four nutrients above and a 635 mg blend line.
Store the pills in a cool, dry place. A kitchen cupboard away from the stove is better than a bathroom cabinet. Pills bought from a third-party reseller are outside the guarantee and the order desk’s records. Our real or fake bottle check goes further.

Our view
CogniMary pills are a plain format: gelatin capsules, 60 to a bottle, 2 a day. The label prints four nutrient amounts and the names of eleven blend ingredients, so you can see what you are taking even though the blend split is not published.
Take both pills with breakfast, check the seal and the lot when the bottle arrives, and judge the result after several weeks, not several days.
